Spicy Football Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 2 packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp of Kelchner's Horseradish
- 1 cup of finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- cracked black pepper
For topping:
- 1 cup bacon
- 1/3 cup green onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
Directions
1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Kelchner's Horseradish, shredded cheddar cheese, and salt and pepper. Set the topping ingredients aside for later.2. Place the cheese mixture onto a sheet of wax paper, parchment paper, or plastic wrap. Cover it with another sheet.
3. Shape the mixture into a football by gently molding it with your hands.
4. Once shaped, transfer the cheese ball to a plate or tray. Sprinkle the bacon bits, pecans, and green onions evenly over the surface, pressing them gently so they stick.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
6. Serve with crackers or sliced bruschetta.
