Seafood Boil Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup corn (cut into chunks or kernels)
  • 1/2 lb andouille sausage (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup Kelchner's Seafood Boil Marinade & Sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Toss potatoes, corn, and sausage with olive oil, salt, pepper, and half of the Seafood Boil Marinade & Sauce.

3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.

4. Add shrimp to the sheet, drizzle with remaining Seafood Boil Marinade & Sauce, and roast for an additional 10 minutes.

5. Serve directly from the sheet pan for a fun, family-style meal.
