Seafood Pasta Salad with Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (about 225 g) pasta (such as rotini or fusilli)
  • 1 cup cooked seafood (shrimp, crab, or imitation crab)
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)
  • 1/2 cup Kelchner's Tartar Sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley) for garnish

Directions

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, seafood, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper.

3. In a separate small bowl, mix Kelchner's Tartar Sauce with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

4. Pour the Kelchner's Tartar Sauce mixture over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine.

5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.
