Beef on Weck

Ingredients

  • 2¼ cups au jus
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2¼ - 3 pounds deli roast beef, sliced
  • 6 Kummelweck rolls
  • Kelchner's Horseradish (to taste)

Directions

1. Heat au jus and beef broth in a pan until simmering.

2. Add roast beef and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

3. Lightly toast the cut sides of the Kummelweck rolls under the broiler.

4. Divide the beef among the rolls, add Kelchner's Horseradish (to taste), and top with the other half of the Kimmelweck rolls.

5. Serve with au jus for dipping.
