Easy Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup cubed cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas (thawed)

For the Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Kelchner's Hot Mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Boil elbow macaroni until it's al dente (still firm). Rinse under cold water to stop cooking and prevent sticking. Drain well.

2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cubed cheese, onion, celery, bell pepper, and peas.

3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dill, sugar, Kelchner's Hot Mustard, salt, and pepper.

4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is coated.

5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Enjoy!
