Seafood Boil Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 box (16 oz) penne pasta
  • 1 lb favorite seafood (shrimp, mussels, clams, crab legs, lobster, etc.)
  • 1 cup Kelchner's Seafood Boil Marinade and Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup favorite seafood boil veggies (corn on the cob pieces, baby potatoes, bell peppers, etc.)
  • 1 lemon, sliced (optional for garnish)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook according to the package until noodles reach desired tenderness. Drain and set aside.

2. In another large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saute for about 1 minute.

3. Add your favorite seafood and veggies to the pot. Pour in Kelchner's Seafood Boil Marinade and Sauce. Stir to combine.

4. Cover the pot and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and veggies are tender. Adjust cooking times as necessary depending on the types of seafood and veggies used.

5. Add cooked penne pasta to pot. Mix thoroughly, coating the pasta in the sauce and distributing the seafood and veggies evenly.

6. Transfer seafood boil pasta to large serving dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Optional: Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
