Easy Seafood Boil

Ingredients

  • 3 ears of corn
  • 3 large red potatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 lb of peeled shrimp
  • 14 oz smoked sausage
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 bottles Kelchner's Seafood Boil Marinade and Sauce
  • Parsley

Directions

1. Before preparation begins, all shellfish must be cleaned. Rinse them under running water and remove any traces of dirt.

2. Wash the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes. Peel the onion and cut it into two parts. cut the corn into thirds. Cut the sausages into half-inch slices.

3. Set a large pot over medium-high heat; Add two liters of water, the juice of both lemons, toss the squeezed lemons in once all juice removed, toss in halved onions, garlic, and add both bottles of Kelchner's Seafood Boil Marinade and Sauce.

4. Add the corn and cook covered for ten minutes when the water starts to boil.

5. After ten minutes, add the diced potatoes and the sausages. Cook for five more minutes, covered.

6. Add the shrimp, immediately remove the pot from the heat. Let sit for 5 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked.

7. Serve everything together on a large plate with extra Kelchner's Seafood Boil Marinade and Sauce. Garnish with parsley.
