Seafood Boil Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp deveined and tails cut off
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 ½ cups Water
  • 1 bag coleslaw
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 10 small tortillas
  • 1 jalapeno sliced thin
  • 1 avocado cut into thin slices
  • 1 bottle Kelchner's Seafood Boil Marinade and Sauce

Directions

1. Place the thawed shrimp and 1 cup Kelchner's Seafood Boil Marinade and Sauce in a bag. Let sit in the fridge for a minimum of 20 minutes.

2. Add rice, ½ cup Kelchner's Seafood Boil Marinade and Sauce and water to a pot. Bring to a boil then let simmer until all liquid is absorbed.

3. In a bowl combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise and ½ cup Kelchner's Seafood Boil Marinade and Sauce.

4. Remove shrimp from bag and cook on medium heat until pink, about 5-7 minutes flipping halfway.

5. Assemble shrimp taco by topping a tortilla with cooked rice, cooked shrimp, coleslaw, and jalapeno. Squeeze a lime wedge on top and enjoy.
