Historical Creamed Spinach
Ingredients
- 14oz package of frozen spinach or 1 pound fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup milk or light cream
- 2 tablespoons Kelchner's Horseradish
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Chop and drain spinach.2. Combine butter, milk, and Kelchner's Horseradish in a skillet. Cook over medium heat until butter has melted, roughly 5 minutes.
3. Add spinach to the skillet.
4. Stir and let simmer until desired consistency is reached.
Serves: 4 | Prep Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes
