Historical Beet Relish
Ingredients
- 2 cups beets (chopped or julienne, home-cooked or canned}
- 1 cup Kelchner's Horseradish
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ cup vinegar
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients together.2. Cover and let sit overnight.
