Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- 12 ounces asparagus trimmed
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Kelchner's Hot Mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.2. Toss asparagus with olive oil, Kelchner's Hot Mustard, and lemon juice.
3. Roast for 10-15 minutes.
