Horseradish Pomegranate Margarita
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Kelchner's Horseradish
- 1 cup Silver (blanco) Tequila
- 1.5 oz Horseradish-infused Tequila (created from above 2 ingredients)
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Ice
- Equipment needed: strainer, cheese cloth, cocktail shaker
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine Kelchner's Horseradish & tequila. Stir well. Refrigerate for 24 hours.Pour mixture into a strainer lined with cheese cloth. Squeeze remaining liquid out.
In a cocktail shaker, add Horseradish-infused tequila, Cointreau, pomegranate juice, simple syrup & lime juice. Add ice & shake vigorously for 6 seconds.
Pour over ice in a tumbler or old fashion glass. Enjoy!
